Overview
This role is to support a short term project to pilot job planning using an electronic software provider. The successful candidate will be required to have excellent organisational skills, knowledge of Excel and an ability to communicate with a wide range of stakeholders. The ability to be agile and flexible may be required from time to time. Training will be provided to use the external job planning platform as part of development.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support and expert advice on job planning for non-medical clinical staff.
* Maintain and manage the Trust's electronic job planning system, including onboarding and offboarding users.
* Produce reports for internal, regional, and national job planning KPIs.
* Deliver training workshops and support materials to enhance organisational knowledge.
* Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure consistency and compliance.
* Contribute to service development and policy improvement initiatives.
Working Pattern
Flexible within core working hours.

Contract Details
This is a fixed term contract until 31/03/2026. For current NHS employees this post could be a secondment opportunity.
