Job Description
Accounts Payable Assistant (remote):
3. Manage and process invoices accurately and promptly.
4. Resolve payment discrepancies and disputes on behalf of the company.
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor files and contact information.
6. Liaise with different departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
7. Assist with month-end closing procedures and reports.
8. Adhere to company policies and procedures in all accounting practices.
9. Support the Accounting & Finance department with other tasks as needed.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Accounts Payable Assistant (remote) should have:
10. A solid foundation in accounting and finance principles.
11. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
12. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
13. Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with different departments.
