Sales Account Manager
Salary:35k-50k
Location: Halesowen (primarily office-based with UK travel)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales Account Manager to join a growing and dynamic organisation within the engineering sector. This role offers a blend of office-based account management and field sales, providing the chance to build strong customer relationships while driving new business across the UK.
Working closely with senior leadership, you will play a key role in managing existing accounts, identifying new opportunities, and contributing to ambitious growth plans.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and develop existing customer relationships
2. Handle enquiries, quotations, and order coordination
3. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
4. Generate new business through calls, meetings, and networking
5. Attend customer visits, trade shows, and industry events
6. Maintain CRM records and support sales reporting
About You:
7. Proven B2B sales or account management experience
8. Strong communication and negotiation skills
9. Organised, self-motivated, and target-driven
10. Comfortable managing multiple accounts
11. Full UK driving licence
12. CRM and Microsoft 365 experience (HubSpot/Business Central beneficial)
