About the role:
You will work closely with year teams, safeguarding staff and senior leaders to support behaviour, attendance, emotional wellbeing and daily pastoral routines across the school community.
We're looking for a dedicated candidate to:
Support pupils with behaviour, wellbeing and engagement needs
Assist with attendance monitoring and follow‑up
Contribute to safeguarding practices and pastoral interventions
Build positive, professional relationships with students, staff and families
Uphold school policies and maintain a safe, structured environmentRequirements - The ideal candidate would have:
Experience in pastoral, youth work or education settings
Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
Ability to manage behaviour calmly and consistently
Understanding of safeguarding and child protection
