Your Role as Field Deputy Manager
* Provide hands-on support across multiple nursery settings
* Champion the safety, wellbeing, and happiness of children, families, and staff
* Support and model outstanding EYFS practice across all rooms
* Manage medication and care plans with diligence and empathy
* Motivate and mentor teams with creativity and consistency
* Maintain accurate records using the EyMan system
* Contribute to continuous improvement and Ofsted readiness
What You’ll Bring:
* Level 3 Childcare Qualification – essential
* Must have a Valid Driving Licence
* Leadership experience in an early years setting – essential
* 1+ year in Early Years – essential
* Strong knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding – essential
* Level 5 qualification in Childcare or Leadership – desirable
* Experience achieving Good or Outstanding in Ofsted – desirable
