What You’ll Be Doing
Advising employees on all aspects of employment law, including:
* Unfair dismissal
* Redundancy
* Discrimination & whistleblowing
* Disciplinary & grievance issues
* Settlement agreement negotiations
* Running your own caseload with independence and confidence
* Drafting letters before action, settlement proposals, and detailed assessments
* Negotiating strong settlements and preparing cases for litigation where needed
* Recording time accurately and meeting realistic billing targets
* Helping improve digital processes, tools, and the overall client journey
About You
You’re someone who thrives in a modern, innovative environment and is motivated by achieving fairness for employees.
Essential Skills & Experience
* 2 PQE+ in Employment Law
* Strong billing track record
* Experience in a small firm or private practice setting
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills
* Comfortable with legal tech and remote working
* Positive, proactive, solution-focused attitude
