We are seeking a dedicated and physically capable Labourer to join our team. This role involves assisting with various manual tasks across our site, supporting the smooth operation of daily activities. Responsibilities
* Assisting with loading and unloading materials, ensuring safe handling at all times
* Supporting the organisation and tidiness of work areas to maintain health and safety standards
* Assisting tradespeople and other team members with their tasks as required
* Moving materials, equipment, and supplies around the site efficiently and safely
* Preparing sites for work activities, including setting up barriers or safety signage where necessary
* Following all health and safety protocols diligently during daily operations
* Reporting any hazards or issues to supervisors promptly
Requirements
* CSCS Card
* Previous experience in manual labour or construction is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided
* Good physical fitness with the ability to lift heavy loads safely and perform strenuous tasks for extended periods
* Reliable with a strong work ethic and punctuality
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
* Basic understanding of health and safety procedures in a manual labour environment
* Willingness to undertake training in health and safety standards and equipment use
* A positive attitude and readiness to learn new skills
