Join Our Community Support Team – Empower Lives Across Sheffield

Are you passionate about supporting others to live independent and fulfilling lives? We’re looking for compassionate, reliable individuals to join our dedicated community support team.

We work with adults with learning disabilities across Sheffield, providing person-centred support in their own homes and out in the community. Our team delivers a variety of support sessions, ranging from shorter visits—like accompanying someone to the cinema or helping with daily tasks—to longer shifts that may include sleep-ins.

We tailor our support to meet the needs of the people we work with, while also considering the preferences and strengths of our staff. This flexible and thoughtful approach helps us build meaningful relationships and deliver high-quality care.

As a member of our team, you’ll:

* Support individuals with daily living, personal goals, and community engagement.
* Promote independence, choice, and wellbeing.
* Work across a range of settings and shift types.
* Be part of a supportive, inclusive team that values collaboration and respect.

Whether you’re experienced in social care or looking to start a rewarding new career, we’d love to hear from you.

What we're looking for :

· A genuine passion for supporting others.

· Excellent communication skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships.

· Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

· A positive and empathetic attitude towards individuals with learning disabilities.

Drivers desired but not essential.

Contract options :

We are currently looking to recruit for 25 hour contracts

We prepare the rotas at least 4 weeks in advance so you can still plan your personal and social life!

There are a variety of shift patterns depending on where your strength lie and the needs of the person you are supporting

There is also a sleep-in available where you will receive an enhanced flat rate payment of £ 63.70.

*All roles are subject to an enhanced DBS check and suitable references.
