Role Overview
We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Procurement Administrator on a 12‑month Fixed Term Contract to support our Procurement Team in delivering an efficient, compliant, and value‑driven purchasing service.
This is a great opportunity for someone with strong admin skills who is keen to develop experience in procurement, supplier coordination, and contract management within a healthcare environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Supporting internal teams with obtaining quotes and sourcing suppliers
* Ensuring value for money across purchases
* Tracking contract expiry dates and coordinating renewals
* Managing and updating supplier and contract records
* Maintaining the asset register for company equipment
* Handling supplier queries and supporting day‑to‑day communication
* Assisting with market research to identify best‑value options
* Supporting procurement systems and ordering processes
What We’re Looking For
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Confident managing multiple tasks and deadlines
* A strong communicator who can build relationships with stakeholders and suppliers
* Comfortable using systems and Excel
* Proactive, adaptable, and keen to learn
Previous experience in an administrative role is essential. Exposure to procurement or purchasing processes would be advantageous but not required.

Ashford, Kent (2 days per week in the office are expected)

37.5 per week Monday – Friday 9am‑5pm
