Working hours: 25 hours per week covering a mixture of early, late & weekend shifts.

Salary: £13.77 per hour + excellent benefits

To deliver those services takes an enthusiastic and customer focused team - and right now we are looking to recruit for a Front Of House Coordinator to join our team. This is a brand new and exciting role that will see you planning and delivering a safe, fun, and engaging programme including holiday clubs, soft play programmes and parties as well as maximising booking spaces and driving health & fitness sales. At all times you will help create a community and always deliver excellent customer service.

The role is to strengthen our approach to all commercial elements at the Shrewsbury Sports Village and to accommodate for the ever-changing demand in children’s activities across the community and to support the Facility Manager with stakeholder relationships. This is a hands-on role, directly managing the reception team, delivering training, and supporting the day-to-day running of the centre, reporting to the Facility Manager. You will help facilitate a safe, fun, and professional working environment with excellent development opportunities and free gym membership. Serco manages these facilities on a day-to-day basis on behalf of the Trust.


Responsibilities

* Lead all commercial elements, bookable activities and health and fitness sales at the Shrewsbury Sports Village.
* Plan and deliver a safe, fun, and engaging programme including holiday clubs, soft play programmes and parties.
* Maximise booking spaces and drive health & fitness sales.
* Directly manage the reception team and support day-to-day centre operations.
* Deliver training and support the Facility Manager with stakeholder relationships.
* Foster a safe, professional working environment and provide excellent customer service.


Qualifications & Requirements

* A thorough and in-depth knowledge of children’s activities.
* Experience in leading by example and training/coaching individuals.
* Proven ability to manage a sales process across multiple sites.
* Excellent leadership skills and a high work ethic.
* Good personal motivation and a willingness to receive formal training.
* Flexible and supportive approach to work, including willingness to work evenings, weekends, bank holidays.
* Ability to operate in a mobile multi-site function, irrespective of location and geography.
