Job summary: As a Registered Nurse at a Barchester care home, you'll look after the physical, psychological and social needs of our residents to help deliver quality care. You’ll create a safe and supportive environment for residents with a range of physical and mental needs, using professional judgment to make clinical decisions.
Job responsibilities
As a Registered Nurse (RGN), you’ll have the autonomy to do things the right way and be valued for your work. Responsibilities include developing tailored care plans, providing medicine safely, and delivering excellence across all duties.
About you
You’ll need to have current NMC registration and up-to-date clinical practices knowledge. Experience in producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments is important, as is understanding regulatory frameworks including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines. You should be dedicated, compassionate and committed to a person-centred approach to nursing.
