What You Will Be Doing Our plant operative role has a variety of responsibilities to keep you busy throughout the day. Whether operating plant, maintaining machinery, processing and transporting various materials on site, assisting your colleagues and manager. About you We don’t believe in shutting doors on potential, so we don’t ask for qualifications or experience. We can teach you everything you need to know. What we can’t teach is: Enthusiasm Teamwork Smiling through all weather conditions Getting stuck in and hands on If you have these qualities, you’re already well on your way to being an incredible Plant Operative. We’ll happily fill in the gaps by developing your knowledge, skills and expertise on the job.
