operate as both a Head Coach and Growth Driver inside the business.

and implement weight loss and body composition programmes
• Maintai
n high training standards aligned with the Maxwellness philosophy

trong long-term client relationships

consultations and confidently close new PT packages
• Generat
e new leads through outreach, networking and content
• Follow
up enquiries and trial sessions
• Help gr
ow recurring monthly revenue

mmission on new sign-ups and packages sold
Business
Operations

nage the training diary and session scheduling
• Liaise
directly with clients and the Maxwellness owner
• Maintai
n strong communication and professionalism
• Keep th
e café doors open, welcoming and energetic
• Engage
walk-ins and convert enquiries into paying clients
