Customer Team Leader
Location: The Former Red Admiral Public House Gorse Farm Road, Birmingham, B43 5LT
Pay: £14.48 per hour
Contract: 12 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent contract, part time
Working pattern: A mix of opening, closing, and mid‑day shifts, with flexibility across the week including at least 2 evening shifts and 1 weekend shift. Either Friday after 6pm, any shift on Saturday, or Sunday. We’re happy to discuss your availability further at interview. Role will include working in our in-store bakery.
You must be aged 18+ to authorise age‑related sales.
What you’ll do
* Own the day-to-day running of the store by leading the team on your shift
* Motivate, coach, and support your team to deliver great service and efficient operations
* Work hands‑on on the shop floor and tills, and in our in‑store bakery supporting daily operations and setting the pace for a team of Customer Team Members
* Support store performance through merchandising, stock accuracy, and HR processes
* Champion Co‑op through community engagement and membership growth
