We're now looking to recruit a reliable and hard-working Trainee Drain Repair Engineer to join our dedicated team. No previous drainage experience is required — just the right attitude, physical fitness, and a willingness to learn.
About the Role
As a Trainee Drain Repair Engineer, you will:
* Work as part of a team to repair below-ground drainage systems
* Excavate by hand to expose and replace defective pipework at domestic and commercial properties
* Replace broken gullies and manhole chambers
* Reinstatement of excavated areas as needed
* Operate safely and efficiently while adhering to health and safety procedures
* Learn from experienced repair engineers on real jobs from day one
What We Provide

* Progression Pathway – Become a fully qualified Drain Repair Engineer within 6–12 months
Fully Funded Certifications, including:
* Confined Space Entry
* Abrasive Wheels
* Cable Avoidance Tool (CAT) Use
* Asbestos Awareness

* A full UK driving licence (required)
