About the role:
As part of this continued growth, we are looking to make a critical leadership hire within the Talent function. Reporting to the Head of Talent and managing a team of 10, this role will take full ownership of hiring across Product, Technology and Data.
This role is far more than just bums on seats; it is an opportunity to shape the long-term hiring vision for technical functions while solving complex hiring challenges that directly impact the ability to drive the business forward.
What you will do:
* Own and drive the end-to-end hiring strategy across Product, Tech and Data functions.
* Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing squad of TA partners, providing them with the support and resources to succeed.
* Build strong, trusted relationships with stakeholders, operating as a strategic advisor on talent.
* Partner with senior leadership to forecast hiring needs and translate business priorities into clear, executable hiring plans.
* Provide crucial market insights to navigate current and future talent challenges and opportunities.
* Directly, and through your team, build and nurture diverse talent pipelines for critical roles.
* Establish clear performance metrics, using data to track, optimise and communicate hiring effectiveness.
* Contribute to the broader Talent Acquisition strategy and leadership agenda.
About you:
* Deep expertise and a proven track record in technical talent acquisition.
* Experience leading, inspiring and developing high-performing recruitment teams (3+ direct reports).
* A pragmatic and commercial mindset, focused on solving business problems through strategic hiring
* Highly data-driven, using insights to inform decisions and continuously improve processes
* Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills with a history of building trust and influencing senior leaders.
* Comfortable operating in ambiguity, with a proactive and solutions-focused approach.
* High ownership mentality, with a focus on long-term impact over short-term delivery.
