An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the busy Appointments Centre for University Hospitals Birmingham, which includes Heartlands Hospital, Good Hope Hospital, Queen Elizabeth, and Solihull Hospital.
We have multiple part-time posts available, all based within a Call Centre:
* X2 Part-time Positions available
* 22.5 hours per week - Monday to Wednesday, 8:30 - 16:30
* 22.5 hours per week - Wednesday to Friday, 8:30 - 16:30
* 15 hours per week - Tuesday and Friday, 8:00 - 16:30
The overall activities of the post-holder will include:
* Undertaking a variety of clerical tasks including word processing and creating basic documents
* Data input using Trust IT systems accurately and in a timely manner
* Filing, photocopying, scanning documents as required
* Answering the telephone, taking messages, and referring calls appropriately
* Receiving and opening incoming post and taking necessary actions
* Reviewing and managing electronic correspondence and disseminating information
* Organising daily work tasks, prioritising to meet deadlines
* Performing work prioritised by the Supervisor or Line Manager
* Preparing and scanning information into Trust IT systems
* Making decisions and taking routine actions within the team, with support from supervisors
