Acorn by Synergie is proud to be recruiting Production Operatives on a temp-to-perm basis for a respected food manufacturing client in the West Bank area of Widnes.
Our client is a leading wholesale bacon curing company, specialising in both Dry Cured and Tank Cured bacon and gammon. Supplying wholesalers and butchers across the UK, they are known for high-quality produce and fast, efficient service.

Key Duties
* Operating food production machinery.
* Packing and labelling products to specification.
* Following strict food hygiene and health & safety guidelines.
* Working as part of a production team to meet dispatch deadlines.
* Completing hygiene and clean-down duties.
* Performing basic quality checks.
Requirements
* Manual handling experience.
* Good awareness of food hygiene and general health & safety practices.
* Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
* Positive, proactive, and hands-on attitude.
* Previous production experience, ideally within a food manufacturing environment (preferred).
Hours of Work
Monday to Friday, 7am - 3:30pm. Tuesday & Thursday extended shifts until 6pm. Some Saturday work may be required, depending on business needs.
Pay & Progression
* Starting rate: £12.21 per hour.
* Pay increase after successful completion of the probation period.
* Weekly pay through Acorn by Synergie.
