Job: Assistant Bodyshop Manager Location: Taplow (Buckinghamshire) Salary: DOE £40K - £55K Hours: Monday - Friday (42.5hrs) A fantastic opportunity to join a modern and friendly accident repair centre in Taplow (Buckinghamshire). The Assistant Bodyshop / Workshop Manager supports the Bodyshop Manager in overseeing the daily operations, managing the repair process, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supervising staff. The role requires strong organisational, leadership, and technical skills to maintain high standards of service and operational excellence. You will also be expected to support with Vehicle Damage Assessments VDA work across the site.
