Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join our team. Duties
* Assist patients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility.
* Implement and follow individual care plans tailored to each patient's needs.
* Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure continuity of care.
* Monitor and report any changes in patients' conditions to the nursing staff.
* Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients by adhering to health and safety regulations.
* Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the quality of life for residents.
* Utilise IT systems for documentation and communication purposes.
Requirements
* Previous experience in a care home setting is preferred but not essential.
* Understanding of care plans and the ability to follow them accurately.
* Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being able to work independently when required.
* A caring attitude with a commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
* Flexibility in working hours, including availability for shifts as needed.
