We are currently recruiting on behalf of a national logistics company based at Hull Docks for an experienced Evening Transport Supervisor. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with a background in transport to join a growing team and take the next step in their logistics career.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise evening transport operations and support the transport team
* Ensure all activities are compliant with transport legislation and company standards
* Monitor driver performance, schedules, and route efficiency
* Resolve operational issues quickly and effectively
* Utilise transport systems for tracking, reporting, and compliance
The right candidate:
* Minimum 1 year of experience in a transport or logistics supervisory role
* Working knowledge of Tachomaster, Axscend, and transport compliance procedures
* Strong communication skills and ability to lead a team
* A proactive attitude and a desire to progress within the transport industry
