This is a full-time, permanent opportunity ideal for someone passionate about delivering high-quality workplace training, assessment, and coaching to engineering apprentices on Mechatronics pathways.

Role Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging, on-site and remote assessment sessions to apprentices in Mechatronics Engineering

* Monitor learner progress and provide constructive feedback to support timely achievement

* Conduct workplace visits and reviews in line with curriculum and awarding body standards

* Plan and deliver skills-based coaching aligned with apprenticeship standards

* Complete assessment records and maintain accurate documentation
