We are currently recruiting an Admin Officer for our client based in Omagh. The successful candidates will be required to start once the vetting paperwork and ANI completed.
Start date: ASAP
Rate of pay: £13.75
Duration: Up to 25/01/26
Hours of work: 37
Key Responsibilities:
Raising Requisitions on AccountNI.
* Process Purchase Orders as per I-Procurement guidance
* Monitor generic email inboxes such as Street Lighting Inbox: deal with the queries using the PiP System, contact the relevant section or person with relevant instruction.
Ad-hoc requests: assist the Business Support Unit with any ad-hoc exercises as required – this will also include assisting other Sections in County Hall, or Western Division.
Essential Criteria applicants must have:
* 5 GCSE’s including maths and English (Proof of certs required)
* Excellent IT skills, including use of Microsoft Word and Excel.
* Excellent communication skills.
