At Prodrive Advanced Technologies, we bring iconic vehicles to life. From active aerodynamics on hypercars to dynamic interior consoles for ultra-luxury cars, and complete vehicle upgrades for special editions, we thrive on complex engineering challenges. Our projects span automotive, aerospace, defence, and beyond, with a focus on ultra-low volume, high-performance solutions.
We’ve secured a landmark vehicle upgrade programme – one that will define the next decade. 1. Programme Leadership: Own the end-to-end delivery of the vehicle programme, from concept through to production launch.
2. Team Management: Lead internal and external engineering, manufacturing, and commercial teams in a matrix environment.
3. Planning & Execution: Develop and manage programme plans, gateways, milestones, and deliverables.
4. Budget & Resource Control: Define and manage programme budgets, resource allocation, and financial reporting.
5. Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with OEM partners, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
6. Risk & Issue Management: Identify risks early, implement mitigation strategies, and resolve issues decisively.
7. Compliance & Homologation: Ensure the vehicle meets multi-market homologation requirements and regulatory standards.
8. Reporting & Governance: Provide regular updates to senior leadership, including KPIs, progress reports, and lessons learned.
