Milk Education are recruiting for a creative and motivated Media Teacher to join a modern and supportive Secondary School in Dagenham. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced teacher or an ECT (Early Career Teacher) to inspire and engage students across KS3 and KS4, encouraging them to think critically, work collaboratively, and develop their creativity through Media Studies.

What You’ll Be Doing in the Role

1. Delivering engaging and well-structured Media lessons across KS3 and KS4

2. Planning and assessing learning to ensure excellent progress for all pupils

3. Inspiring students to develop creative and analytical skills through media and digital literacy

4. Contributing to the wider school community and supporting the development of the Media department

Essential Qualifications / Experience

5. QTS or QTLS status (or working towards it)

6. Experience teaching Media Studies at Secondary level (KS3/KS4)

7. Strong subject knowledge and passion for media, film, and digital culture

8. Ability to motivate and engage learners of all abilities
