Goods Out Coordinator
Job Type: Full Time | Temp-to-Perm
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:00 – 16:30
Pay: £32,000
Our client, a well-established builders merchant, is currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Goods Out Coordinator to join their busy operation on a temp-to-perm basis.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced warehouse and yard environment and is comfortable with physical work, including regular heavy lifting.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Coordinating daily driver delivery runs within a small operation
2. Picking and preparing products for customer deliveries
3. Loading and unloading goods safely and efficiently
4. Assisting with general warehouse and yard duties
5. Maintaining a clean and organised working environment
6. Supporting the wider team with day-to-day operational tasks
Candidate Requirements:
7. Comfortable with heavy lifting and manual handling
8. Previous warehouse, goods out, or builders merchant experience preferred
9. Strong organisational and communication skills
10. Ability to work well within a small team
11. Reliable with a strong work ethic
12. FLT Counterbalance licence advantageous, but not essential
