We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Maths Teacher to join an amazing secondary school in Suffolk. This is a permanent, full-time role with an ASAP start. ECT teachers are welcome to apply.
Responsibilities:
1. Plan and deliver high-quality Maths lessons to KS3 and KS4 students.
2. Assess, track, and monitor student progress, ensuring all students reach their full potential.
3. Create an engaging and inclusive learning environment that supports diverse learning needs.
4. Contribute to the development of the Maths curriculum, sharing best practices and resources.
5. Participate in department meetings, training, and school-wide initiatives.
6. Support students with exam preparation and coursework to help them achieve excellent results.
7. Maintain strong communication with students, parents, and colleagues to enhance the learning experience.
Requirements:
8. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
9. Experience teaching Maths at KS3 and KS4 (ECTs are welcome to apply).
10. Strong subject knowledge and a passion for inspiring students in Mathematics.
11. Excellent classroom management and the ability to engage students of all abilities.
12. Commitment to continuous professional development and contributing to a positive school culture.
