They are now on the hunt to hire a Data Administrator Apprentice to join their team They're an independent champion for people using local health and social care services. They listen to what people like about services and what could be improved and share these views with those with the power to make change happen. People can also speak to them to find information about health and wellbeing services and activities available locally. Your work will help us to turn our data into intelligence informing our strategic planning and underpinning their diverse activities. As a Data Administrator Apprentice, you will be an essential part of the team, responsible for all things data This will include generating reports, cleansing data, data entry, communicating to the wider team with data driven decisions and so much more to enhance your skills and reach your true potential In this role, youll work towards your Level 3 Data Essentials qualification, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships. A Typical Day in the Job: Manage data using the company CRM system such as personal data, feedback for healthcare services and demographics Data entry into the company CRM system Analyse data from website survey submissions Cleanse data sets such as removing duplicates and errors Remove obsolete data when this has expired Drawing out trends, patterns and areas of concern Identifying gaps in the information they receive allowing them to prioritise outreach and promotion work with particular communities or on particular issues Sharing intelligence with other team members in timely and efficient ways to allow it to inform their work, planning and our influence with strategic partners Prepare reports, briefing papers and other communications sharing within the team and support work planning Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.
