Salary: £14.66-£15.30 per hour
Hours: Bank - Zero hours
Shift Times: As/when needed - 12hr shifts (07:45-20:15 or 20:00-08:00)
Shaw healthcare is looking for a passionate and caring Bank Team Leader who is ready to make a positive impact at Burleys Wood, a modern 60 en-suite bedroom designed care home situated in the quiet residential suburb of Furnace Green just outside Crawley town centre.
The purpose-built service provides residential and nursing care for older people with physical frailty, and for older people living with dementia.

Job Responsibilities
* Lead by example, providing guidance and support on shift to promote best practice.
* Administer and record medication safely in line with Shaw policies and procedures.
* Report changes in residents needs or well-being promptly to the Line Manager.
* Communicate effectively with residents, families and colleagues.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date care plans and documentation.
Qualifications And Experience
* Experience working with older people in residential care.
* You will have completed or working towards your NVQ/QCF Level 3 Health and Social care (or equivalent).
* You will need to be flexible, patient, caring, organised and great with people.
* Ability to lead a team and use own initiative.
