The role
Marketing Project Management - Coordinate internal marketing requests and support delivery across teams and departments.
Event & Conference Coordination - Plan and manage GCG’s presence at industry events from identifying opportunities and submitting applications to organising booths, logistics and marketing materials. You’ll work closely with designers to create event collateral and ensure our brand is represented clearly and consistently.
Campaign Support & Reporting - Work closely with the Marketing Manager and Content Lead to help deliver campaigns, track progress and pull reports from key platforms.
Supplier & Stakeholder Liaison - Manage external partners (e.g. agencies, designers, printers) and liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure briefs are clear, timelines are met and quality stays high.
Content Sourcing & Coordination - Work with our team to source and coordinate content that showcases their work, including social media content, project stories, testimonials and on-site photography.
CRM & Data Management - Maintain our HubSpot CRM and help with gathering insights and data from our campaigns and tools (LinkedIn Ads, email platforms, CRM, etc.).
About you
You’re organised and have a can-do attitude.You are solutions-focused, collaborative, and comfortable managing competing priorities.You communicate clearly, take ownership of your work and know how to keep projects on track and people informed. You’re ready to support the marketing team in delivering value across the business.
What We’re Looking For
Strong coordination and project management skills
Great attention to detail and excellent follow-through
Clear communicator, comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and across all levels of the business
Not afraid to pick up the phone or chase down a deadline
Solid experience in a busy marketing environment (agency or in-house)
Proficient in Microsoft Office - especially PowerPoint, Word and Excel
Bonus points if you have:
Experience with HubSpot and Asana
Familiarity with tools including LinkedIn Ads, Canva, SEMrush
Familiarity with GA4, Looker Studio and marketing analytics
Experienced with AI tools including ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini for marketing applications.
Interest in interpreting marketing data and extracting valuable insights
