Quality Controller – Ruskington Site
We have an exciting opportunity for a Quality Controller to join our team at the Ruskington site.
Shift: 5 out of 6 days Afternoons
Key Responsibilities:
Ensuring all products consistently meet high Food Safety and Quality Standards .
Carrying out routine factory audits, including GMP, hygiene checks, packaging and labelling verification, and documentation reviews.
Ensuring full compliance with product specifications and customer requirements.
Supporting the site in producing high-quality products and driving continuous improvement.
Accurately completing quality documentation and escalating any non-conformances.

Our Ideal Candidate:
Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication skills
Good IT skills, including Word and Excel
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Previous experience in quality control or auditing within a food manufacturing environment is desirable
Food Safety Level 3 (or working toward it) would be advantageous
