We are supporting a well-established, multi-site hospitality group on an exclusive basis to appoint a Head of Marketing.
This appointment comes off the back of continued investment in marketing capability and significant capex across the portfolio. The business is evolving, performance expectations are increasing, and marketing now requires senior-level leadership to match its commercial ambition.
The Opportunity
This is a true Head of Marketing role with full ownership of strategy, performance and team leadership.
You will lead the entire marketing function across multiple London-based sites, with responsibility for:
* Digital & performance marketing
* CRM & loyalty
* Brand stewardship
The role oversees both the Marketing & Brand team and the Creative & Design team, ensuring marketing is aligned, commercially focused and creatively strong across all channels.
The brief is clear: drive revenue, increase direct bookings, strengthen customer retention and build a modern, data-led marketing function.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic & Commercial Leadership
* Develop and deliver an integrated marketing strategy aligned to business growth targets.
* Partner closely with Revenue, Sales and Operations to ensure marketing directly supports commercial performance.
* Lead annual and quarterly planning across all sites and revenue streams.
* Establish clear KPIs, reporting frameworks and accountability across the function.
Digital & Performance
* Own paid search, paid social, display, SEO and retargeting strategy.
* Drive direct booking growth through optimisation and conversion strategy.
* Oversee website UX, CRO and content governance.
* Manage external agencies with a strong focus on ROI and efficiency.
* Utilise GA4 and performance dashboards to deliver data-led insight and reporting at senior level.
Social, Content & Brand
* Elevate social media strategy to increase audience growth and engagement.
* Lead high-impact TTL campaigns across digital, PR, on-site and offline channels.
* Act as brand guardian across all customer touchpoints.
* Ensure content and creative output reflect a confident, contemporary hospitality brand.
CRM & Loyalty
* Own CRM strategy including segmentation, automation and lifecycle journeys.
* Strengthen loyalty and retention initiatives to increase repeat visits and lifetime value.
* Implement data-led personalisation strategies to improve engagement and conversion.
* Lead and develop the Marketing & Brand team.
* Oversee and inspire the Creative & Design team.
* Build a high-performance culture with clear accountability and collaboration.
* Manage agency and partner relationships effectively.
About You
* Senior marketing leader within hospitality or a multi-site consumer environment.
* Strong digital and performance marketing expertise with demonstrable revenue impact.
* Experience developing CRM and loyalty programmes.
* Commercially astute and confident working with data.
* Experienced managing multi-disciplinary teams across marketing and creative.
* Strategic in outlook but comfortable being hands-on where needed.
