GME T&F Manufacturing Lead Engineer
Umbrella Rate: £41.19/hr (Inside IR35)

What You Will Do:
* Oversee the planning and implementation of facility installations for new model introductions, ensuring adherence to key processes and safety regulations.
* Lead supplier selection and manage vendor relationships to deliver high‑quality outcomes.
* Create and maintain detailed facility timing plans and cost trackers to support effective project management.
* Ensure the achievement of equipment capability targets, including efficiency and reliability metrics.
* Represent the facilities team in programme meetings, providing updates and championing key deliverables.
* Drive lean manufacturing principles and ensure processes align with operational excellence standards.
What You Will Bring:
* A solid understanding of NEBOSH and Construction Design Management (CDM) Regulations.
* Proven experience in project and budgetary management within a manufacturing environment.
* A track record of delivering facilities projects and managing multiple suppliers.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to set objectives and drive team performance.
* A degree in a relevant engineering discipline (preferred) and experience in product launches or development.
