As a Service Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless communication and efficient resolution of client requests.
Your responsibilities will include receiving and logging calls from clients, accurately interpreting contractual and operational requirements, and ensuring that our Helpdesk function consistently surpasses client expectations.
By meticulously managing the process of incoming requests and effectively coordinating with internal teams, you will contribute to the delivery of exceptional service that aligns with our commitment to excellence.
Your attention to detail and dedication to meeting client needs will be instrumental in upholding our reputation as a trusted partner in facility services.
Key Responsibilities
* Process and log client calls regarding sites and accurately translate these calls into engineering or FM solutions.
* Identify the most appropriate solution to the client request within the contractual process.
* Build relationships with clients and the account delivery team.
* Manage and update associated software and programs (e.g., Maximo).
* Provide a professional and articulate helpdesk solution to the client.
* Support the account delivery team from an administrative perspective.
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
* Educated to GCSE standard with at least 5 Grade C passes or above OR an NVQ qualification in Business Administration, Customer Service, ICT, or equivalent.
* Previous experience in a customer service, contact centre, or administrative role.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
* Evidence of working within a team, supporting, and working with others to reach organizational goals.
