DXP Talent is working with an Award Winning Marketing Business, who, due to growth and expansion is hiring for an IT Support Engineer to join their team in Maidenhead.
The IT Support Engineer will ideally have a couple of years IT Support experience behind them providing a mix of 1st and 2nd Line Support and this is a great opportunity to further grow your technical skills and experience.
Based onsite in Maidenhead, you'll naturally have outstanding customer service and communication skills and will supporting users across a range of technologies including Windows 11, O365, MAC and Hardware support. This isn't just ticket logging, you'll be someone who enjoys troubleshooting and finding the root cause of the issue before applying fixes and resolving issues at the first time of asking.

Skills & Experience:
- Proven IT Support experience including troubleshooting and fault finding
- Windows 11
- O365 (Active Directory, Exchange, Intune)
- MAC support
- Hardware support (Printers, Laptops, Mobile phones etc)
- Powershell/Power Automate
