What You’ll Earn
* £12.80 – £15.00 per hour (depending on qualifications)
* Paid travel time
* 45p per mile mileage
Flexible Shift Patterns
* 07:00 – 14:00
* 14:00 – 22:00
* 16:00 – 22:00 (Weekdays & weekends available)
What the Role Involves
This is a varied, hands‑on role where you’ll support clients with both practical tasks and meaningful companionship. You’ll be:
* Providing companionship, conversation, and emotional support
* Helping with daily routines like getting up, dressed, and ready for the day
* Supporting with personal care such as washing, bathing, and grooming
* Preparing meals and helping with shopping
* Carrying out light household duties like cleaning, laundry, and bed making
* Assisting with medication and wellbeing
* Accompanying clients to appointments or social outings
* Working alongside healthcare professionals and keeping accurate care records
No two days are the same — you’ll be guided by personalised care plans to meet each client’s individual needs.

* Experience in care is welcome, but not essential — full training provided
