Job Description
* Provide leadership for the delivery team in line with the company procedures and values, working to maximise and develop the potential of the team and individuals within.
* Develop installation drawings and implement best practice techniques to ensure effective delivery of the project.
* Working with the SPM/PM to identify labour and material requirements to ensure cost effective use of same.
* Regularly reviewing requirements and making the appropriate recommendations to amend the programme to maximise productivity whilst minimising costs.
* Ensuring design, installation meets internal and client specifications and statutory requirements.
* Ensure that all operational activities are carried out in compliance with the company procedures and external legislation governing the business operations.
* Provide input in the preparation of the project cost plan, budgets and enhanced margin based on the contract parameters and objectives to enable the maximisation of profits.
* Monitor and ensure that the work of the appointed subcontractors is being carried according to business procedures, project specifications, legislation and
programme.
* Maintaining positive relationships with the project client through relationships and effective delivery with a view to optimising future opportunities.
The Successful Applicant
* A minimum of 3 years experience working within the industry and working on large scale projects .
* Proven track record of supervising a team working to a project delivery deadline.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* IOSH Managing Safely or similar qualification.
* Active CSCS Card.
* 18th Edition.
* Experience of Authorised Person duties desirable but not essential.
