Food & Beverage Manager Carnoustie, nr Dundee.- Iconic Championship Golf & Hospitality Destination Up to 45K Golf Membership potential support with accommodation .An exciting opportunity for a Head of Food & Beverage Manager to work for an iconic Championship golfing location at Carnoustie, working across 3 premium venues - a fine dining restaurant, high end bistro and terrace and a recently opened cocktail bar with a further new opening planned for 2027. This is a highly visible and operational role, where you will be leading the teams across all venues with a multi-million-pound turnover. You will be working closely with the Director of Food and Beverage to elevate the guest experience and service delivery across the operation. The Role Lead by example, delivering exceptional service and ensuring every guest receives a world-class experience. Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team, ensuring consistent service standards and operational excellence Drive revenue growth, upselling, and repeat business through strong customer relationships. Meet and achieve targeted GP's and stock management results. Play a pivotal role in the launch and promotion of the new venues. Delivering the hospitality and events calendar including multiple Championship and club tournaments. Maintain operational compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards About You: 2 years' experience managing a premium hospitality operation. Have exceptional leadership and influencing skills Personal license holder desirable.
