Do you have experience working within an Order to Delivery (OTD) and/or Customer Management role? Have you worked in a supervisory capacity, managing, supporting, coaching and developing colleagues within a fast-moving business? If so, we’re looking for an OTD Team Leader to join our Demand to Delivery team at our Head Office in Birchwood Park, Warrington (WA3 6XG).
As OTD Team Leader, you’ll be accountable for ensuring your team of OTD Specialists deliver an excellent customer journey for all key internal and external stakeholders. Your remit will span all touchpoints from order receipt to communication of delivery/non-availability, working directly with customers and a number of our internal teams (Sales, Supply Chain and Logistics, Finance). You will also be responsible for supporting, coaching and developing your team to ensure a future succession plan for the overall OTD team.
You’ll have experience of working in a supervisory capacity (this could include demonstrable experience of stepping up into a supervisory role) and/or experience of project management, delegating work and motivating others. Customer focused with a high attention to detail, you’ll be able to analyse key data and use this to deliver change, communicating activities effectively to the business and our customers.
The position will be based at our Head Office in Birchwood Park, Warrington (WA3 6XG) with Hybrid working available (60% office and 40% home).
