The Role:
We are seeking a Faculty & Training Manager to coordinate the planning, delivery, and quality of our project management programmes. This role blends academic oversight with client engagement and commercial responsibilities, ensuring our programmes remain industry-relevant and delivered at the highest standards. This position reports directly to the CEO and plays a central role in supporting both our faculty and corporate training operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Academic & Faculty Coordination
* Manage scheduling, delivery, and quality of training programmes.
* Coordinate and support faculty members, lecturers, and consultants.
* Oversee curriculum development, course updates, and enhancements.
* Ensure alignment with industry best practices and certification standards.
* Monitor learner feedback and implement improvements.
Client Engagement & Commercial Development
* Liaise with corporate clients to design tailored training solutions.
* Support business development with proposals and pitches.
* Collaborate on client renewals and long-term partnerships.
* Track market trends and competitor offerings.
* Ensure programmes stay competitive, relevant, and impactful.
