National Sales Manager

We are working with a leading brand in the home and furniture category and are looking to recruit for an experienced National Sales Manager to join a dynamic and rapidly growing company.

As the National Sales Manager, your responsibilities include the development and implementation of the strategic and operational sales plans. Foster and maintain strong customer relationships and identify new business opportunities to drive revenue and gain market share growth. The successful candidate will be expected to drive customer engagement, leading the sales team to achieve and exceed commercial targets. This role requires a proactive and results-oriented individual with excellent leadership and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and objectives.
* Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize their performance and productivity.
* Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and prospects.
* Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand market reach.
* Analyse sales data and market trends to develop actionable insights and strategies.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to drive business growth.
* Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
* Stay updated on industry developments and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
Requirements:
* Proven track record of success in sales management, within retail Home / Furniture sector is preferred.
* Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Strategic thinker with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
* Ability to analyse data and market trends to make informed business decisions.
