You will be responsible for undertaking range of air testing from leak tests to clearance/issue of reoccupation as well as carrying out Management and Refurbishment and Demolition’ surveys on Commercial and Domestic properties. This will include regular liaison with clients, contractors and their representatives as well as members of the public. Requirements You must have held a similar position and be P402, P403 and/or P404 qualified. Full Driving license. DBS cleared. You must be presently living in the United Kingdom, with full leave to remain. Sponsorship will not be provided now or in the future.
