Job Summary
This part time role will involve working closely with a Director and assisting in managing a property portfolio (commercial and residential). Elements of the role will involve Personal Assistant duties to the Director. The Director is an extremely busy man and is looking for a private PA/assistant who is happy to be on call outside of normal office hours when required and who can manage both his business and personal life. You will be based at our office in Luton & sometimes remotely.
-You must have experience in property management (at least 5 years) in commercial and residential properties.
-Must be competent in MS WORD, Excel and Outlook
-Must be able to communicate effectively using a range of mediums; email, phone and in person
Responsibilities
-Daily duties: dealing with a range of issues that arise from managing a medium sized property portfolio including tenant issues.
-Deal with queries from legal professionals, accountants, local council and other organisations/professionals to ensure smooth operation of property portfolio
-Deal with tenant queries and resolve any matters in a professional manner.
This role will involve working in an office 2-3 times per week.
10am- 2pm (although this may wary)
