Site Geotechnical Engineer - Contract | HS2 | Banbury | £350-£400/day (Outside IR35)
I'm currently recruiting for a Site Geotechnical Engineer to support a major infrastructure programme near Banbury, working directly on the HS2 project within the earthworks team. This is a 6-month rolling contract, site-based, with an ASAP start.
You'll be joining an experienced on-site team and liaising closely with the end client to deliver supervision across embankments, cuttings, and associated geotechnical elements.
Key Details:
* Location: Banbury (Site based)
* Duration: 6-month rolling contract
* Rate: £350-£400 per day (Outside IR35)
* Project: HS2 - Earthworks (embankments and cuttings)
Required Experience:
* Hands-on earthworks supervision
* Solid understanding of geotechnical design
* Proven site supervision background
* Comfortable in a client-facing role
* Experience on large-scale infrastructure schemes is highly desirable
