We're excited to be working with a fast-growing, mission-driven media company to find a Head of Community - a strategic and relationship-focused leader to help build, scale, and energise a thriving audience community.
This is an opportunity to lead community engagement at a brand where connection, culture, and creativity are at the core of everything they do.
Develop and implement a clear, ambitious community strategy aligned with brand and business goals
Build and nurture a strong, engaged community across social platforms, forums, and exclusive member spaces
Lead community-focused campaigns, initiatives, and events that drive value and participation
Create processes for community feedback and ensure insights are reflected in content, products, and services
Monitor and analyse engagement, growth, and sentiment to continuously optimise community impact
Proven experience building and scaling communities, especially in media, start-ups, or creator-led spaces
