Responsibilities
* Support residents with daily tasks like cooking, cleaning, and personal care.
* Build positive relationships and encourage independence.
* Support residents to access education, work, and community activities.
* Keep records and report any issues or incidents.
* Work as part of a team to ensure the home is safe and welcoming.
* Work on a rota, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins.
Qualifications
* Caring and patient personality.
* Good communication and teamwork skills.
* Flexible with working hours.
* Experience in care is helpful but not essential (training provided).
* Right to work in the UK.

Pay range and compensation package
£30,000 annual salary.
