Job Summary
We are seeking Woodcase Assembly operatives to to join our dynamic Shift team. The ideal candidate will possess some carpentry knowledge and experience with both hand and power tools. As an Assembler, you will play a crucial role in the assembly of products, ensuring that all components are accurately put together according to specifications. Your attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a warehouse environment will contribute to the overall success of our operations.
Responsibilities
* Assemble products using hand tools and power tools, following detailed instructions and diagrams.
* Perform quality checks on assembled items to ensure they meet company standards.
* Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
* Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
* Report any issues or defects in materials or equipment to the supervisor promptly.
Requirements
* Proven mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using hand tools and power tools.
* Previous experience in assembly work is highly desirable.
* Familiarity with warehouse operations and safety practices is an advantage.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions meticulously.
* Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude towards problem-solving.

Pay: £12.40-£14.88 per hour
