Job Description Manufacturing Systems Manager – Operations / Production Excellence Location: Clerkenwell (with weekly factory visits) Important – Please Read Before Applying This role is not responsible for running day-to-day production output. We are looking for someone who can design and implement the systems, processes and operating structure behind manufacturing. You must have experience in: - Improving how manufacturing operates (not just managing it) - Designing workflows, SOPs and production systems - Working in product-based manufacturing environments Candidates from pure production supervision, planning or coordination roles are unlikely to be suitable. The Opportunity Broadreach Recruitment is supporting a growing design-led manufacturing business in the appointment of a Manufacturing Systems Manager. This role is focused on building the operating system for production — ensuring the factory runs with structure, consistency and scalability. You’ll work closely with production leadership but focus on how work gets done, not just output.
