About the Role | Psychology Graduate:
As a working as a Learning Support Assistant, youll:
Support students with autism in both one-to-one and small group settings
Work closely with teachers, the SENDCo, and support staff
Help create a structured, nurturing environment for students to grow in confidence and ability
What Were Looking For:
A recent Psychology Graduate with a 2:1 degree or higher (Russell Group university)
Patient, organised, empathetic, and adaptable in your approach
Able to take initiative and communicate effectively
Ideally confident with IT
