The Post:
We are seeking an outstandingpractitioner who is able to:
* Support the development ofsocial, emotional and academic development of pupils at the school and theirfamilies.
* Work with identified families tosupport early intervention by signposting support and guidance
* Actively engage identifiedfamilies in order to improve children’s outcomes
* Work directly with children andfamilies; individually and in groups to provide practical support, advice andguidance around a range of issues
* Be a deputy DesignatedSafeguarding Lead and work with SLT and the safeguarding team in regards tochild protection, especially around accessing Early Help services
* Act as a first point of contactfor senior leaders, staff, parents and the Local Authority when assigning earlyhelp provision within school and liaising with Family Wellbeing Centres andother external support agencies
